When I put the thing on, it'll hold just fine, but as soon as I apply tension, it'll slooooowly slide off, until the whole tugging device is held by just a pinch of skin that it has a really good grip on. I'm positive I gave accurate measurements when I ordered. Do I need to file my Right Size warranty for a cone that's 1mm smaller? Should I put talc or some kinda light medical adhesive on? Is the YourSkin Cone even necessary? Can I use the TLC-X with my skin taped over the pusher?

I don't advise talc. Some people like adhesives, but I don't.
I have had this same problem in the past. Before you trade it in try washing it really well with soap and water. I find that the cone and pusher get oil build up quickly and that seems to be the cause of most of my slippage. -

Roll skin up as far as you comfortably can to grip a wide area of skin. Add gentle tension in accord with the 4-Hour Rule. The tension may seem implausibly gentle, but you'll know it's working when you do your monthly Forced Erect Coverage http://TLCTugger.com/forced-erect-coverage/ readings.
Don't add talc. Always apply a freshly washed device to freshly washed skin.Comment

I'd wondered about that, the "It's so comfortable it feels like I'm wearing nothing at all" feeling. I just can't wrap my head around anything other than "if there's no pain, there's no gain". But I'll try what you say.Comment
