    It's adjustable.
The TLC-X can be used as a Tugger, and when you add TLC Selects, you can fine-tune the device length in 3mm increments. See http://tlctugger.com/product/tlc-x-e...le-tugger-kit/
For people who like a simpler device with fewer pieces to wash and keep track of, the TLC Stretch device allows gradual lengthening - by the purchase of a new Tugger for each new length.

If you already have a Tugger you could roll your skin up onto the device and measure how far up the handle you can force your skin to reach. Maybe subtract 4mm from that number (covered handle length) to get your nominal Stretch size.

I don't really have much to compare it to l. I've never used the tlc-x. I started with the original tlc tugger. As my skin progressed I noticed that there would be a void between the tugger body and my glans. If I forced the skin forward and trapped it beneath the cone I would have major skin wrinkles and could no longer tug properly. Now the skin lays on the tugger body (8mm cylinder part) and around the cone end with no wrinkles. Better grip with no slip. IMO

Can you tell me where to find more information about the stretch 8mm. I mean I have not read much about when or if I should going up in size, I was figuring the TLC cone I would work for all my years of restoring...thank you...

    Tlc stretch

I've recently purchased the tlc stretch 8. With my original tlc I could pull my skin to the end of the cross shaped tugging handle. I really like the new stretch model compared to the original tlc. I am definitely getting solid grip with less wrinkles. if you haven't made the upgrade to a stretch I think you should.
