I sometimes wear boxer briefs with the tlc x and it can get uncomfortable at times because the device tends to make my penis get under my leg and walking around uncomfortable as well as sitting down. What underwear do you wear with your device? I cant get special tugging underwear beacuse i am a teen at home with parents which makes transmission hard through the mail. I also sometimes wear the tlc x with regular boxers which is a little more comfortable but also risks it falling down my pant leg in the event of an accident. I appreciate any answers in advance!

I mostly used the loin cloth trick:

You can see I've run a safety pin through the fabric of my briefs and also through the handle of the TLC-X. The briefs you may note are cut at the bottom, so front and back flaps hang, like with a loin cloth. It's kind of like going commando without being naked.

The truth is your friend. You have nothing to be embarrassed about unless you had a hand in the cutting of a child's genitals.

I also sometimes wear the tlc x with regular boxers which is a little more comfortable but also risks it falling down my pant leg in the event of an accident.

You can use the safety pin through the handle as shown above with boxers.

I have used these 3 methods:
- Cutting the front of some old briefs.
- Using the waistband of my boxer briefs (not very comfortable) or of some old briefs (quite comfortable) as a scrotal skin retainer.
- Routing my penis down through the leg opening.
In any case, you can use the shoelace that comes with the TLC-X (not shown here) to ensure the device doesn't fall off the ground in case it slips off.

Wearing loose loose-fit jeans, or loose pants in general. In my case, when standing up, it isn't noticeable. But when sitting down, it's a little tricky to keep it out of sight, so I usually cover my crotch with my t-shirt or sweater. Sometimes, there's nothing to see. See this picture, here I'm wearing my TLC-X strapped to my left knee.

Anyway if other people get disturbed by a bulge in my pants, it's their problem, not mine

Boxers are the way to go. To keep the device from falling off, put a rubber grommet between the wire handle and the cone. You can get one at any hardware store and they are cheap. Just make a slice down the side of it to get on the device. This works so well that you don't need any safety device. I have NEVER had my tlc x call off with this on there.

that's an excellent idea, parsecskin. mine keeps falling off throughout the day and it's somewhat uncomfortable. will have to get the grommet soon.

Andrew Christian offers a "Show it" option on many of their (boxer) briefs. It's basically a pocket that is meant to enhance your bulge. I find it fantastic for wearing a packer. The grip is usually sound, but I feel more comfortable with additional security. Edit: you can get them on Amazon.

I wear spandex compression shorts. They breathe well and hold the tugger and straps close to my leg/crotch and can catch the tugger/cone if it comes loose w/o it dangling around my thigh. I also wear these when I'm using a PUD which keeps the PUD from flopping around while walking.

I have been wearing my TLC tugger around my waist so that if for some reason the tugger slips off my foreskin, it gets caught in my waistband. I then just use a stall in a restroom to readjust it. sometimes I have applied too much tension to it even though it feels ok. view pics.
