  • Flaccid size

Howdy! So, I’m going to be buying the TLC soon and I’m wondering about sizing. My penis will often shrink during the day compared to its relaxed flaccid size. I guess I should size it for when I’m relaxed and only wear it then? I’m just worried it’s going to shrink and fall off. Finally, do you think this device works better on larger dicks?

Ron provides very clear measurement instructions here: https://tlctugger.com/device-sizing/

I wonder what Admins opinion is on this because I think I have this same issue.
there is a fitment difference between "showers and growers" .
It is difficult to size for that change: you don't wan't the inner cone to be too big when you are at your smallest size, otherwise it is basically a sharp edge digging into the inner mucosa.
This is especially bad if you wan't to wear the device at night or during work/when you shrink up.

We hope to use your smallest flaccid and largest erect measurements to size your device. http://TLCTugger.com/device-sizing/

We make them in your size. They work better the more mobility and slack you gain.

I will definitely second what you say above, although I will say that on the whole my recent experience with TLC / YSC has been good, although I don't usually try to sleep with it, because even if it doesn't fall off, as you noted, the edges do tend to dig into I'm not sure if it is the shaft skin or the inner mucosa, but this can cause irritation.

I have thought that the TLC / YSC mini versions might be best for the max shrinkage times of the night.'

Ron, do you still make the TLC and YSC minis?

The only thing you need to comfortably tug with the TLC-X is to have sufficient skin for putting the device on. I’m a massive grower and don’t have the largest penis, but for me it works fine. I grow from around 1.5 inch flaccid to about 5.5 erect. I can’t accommodate an erection with the device on, but I usually tug during daytime at work, so there that’s never an issue...
My best advice to anyone is to KOT!

Restarted restoring after a long break of about 12 years. Switched from multiple O-rings to the TLC-X tugger, and happy with the progress. https://foreskinrestoration.vbulleti...s-report-tlc-x

We now make them any size. (Before, when we had one basic size, Mini meant something.)

That's the problem I'm having "digging in" it happens at the outer edge of the inner cone and where the outer cone contacts the skin on the out side. It becomes a pinch point and my skin turns white in that area. And that is with extremely lite to no tug at all. If I have it on it's just a retainer otherwise it hurts. I'm going back to tape for a little while and l will try it again to see if more skin helps the situation.

I urge users to keep contacting Service@TLCTugger.com until everything about restoration meets expectations.

If the wide edge of a tugger body is digging in uncomfortably to the glans, we might be able to improve the device sizing. Pictures of the present application will be required.

One trick is to coat the pusher (or inner cone) where it contacts your glans with a light coat of lip balm. This will allow some movement for optimum pressure distribution. Also, make sure you are evening up your skin underneath the cone before tugging. Get it as laid out flat as possible.

You and I exchanged Emails on this already. You gave me a few tips to try and then closed by telling me to talk about it here on the forum. As far as device sizing I already sent pictures that you requested to check that it was properly sized. I have enough skin to mount it easily enough. I have actually considered fabricating my own inner cone with less flare on it to see if I can get some relief.

Thanks for trying to help, but the pain is not affecting the glans ( but I know what you mean about pressure distribution) it's the area that goes over the rim of the inner cone that hurts. After a short time ( 20 min.) I can feel what I would describe as a bit of a burn, that intensifies to just pain at about 60-90 minutes. At that point I take it off. And I did take the pusher plate out already. This seemed to help. As time goes on I continue to experiment, and I found I got the same result even if I mounted it and don't tug. I can't help but wonder if I fabricate an inner cone with a narrower angle if that would help.

What CI number are you? How much inner skin do you have? How far up the inner cone can you get your skin once its all installed? It sounds like you have a wrinkle or 2 inside. With the pusher lubed up, you should move the pusher back and forth a couple of times quickly. This will flatten out any folds or wrinkles on the inside, but you MUST lube the pusher face first.

I often use cotton pads (for make-up removal) on top of the pusher, also coated with some moisturiser where in contact with the glans. For me this works great, but you need enough skin to accommodate this...
