  • CI for proper grip

I'm considering the TLC tugger. What CI is necessary for the tugger to grip on enough to work? I think I'm somewhere between CI 2 and 3. Should I tug more first or should I be able to make it work? Thanks in advance.

I just recently bought the TLC X and i think i am about a 2 CI so you should be fine.

I'm just about CI2 if at all and just about manage tlc tugger. I wouldn't have the patience for even the cannister tape method.

I understand that. I started with the canister method for about 6 months. What a pain in the dick, pun intended! The only saving grace with the canister method is that you can pee thru it. Other than that all the tape and adhesive SUCKS!

That's why I want to switch. I use t-tapes now with satisfying progress but the adhesive removal is what really has me looking into the tlc.

I noticed that for my TLC Tugger I needed to be at almost if not fully at a CI 2. For the TLC-X I was already over CI-3 when I began using that device. Getting to starting points is definitely a stretch.. all pun intended.. I personally used a lot of manual tugging techniques to get there and still do when not using a tugger.
