  • Abrasion on dorsal side using TLC-X

Guys, I got a small abrasion on the dorsal side of my penis using the TLC-X. Am I using too much plunger tension? I do not strap.

While I do not use the TLC-X, I was using an insert that acted much the same. And, when I switched to a solid silicon insert, I started to get abrasions. I tried adding a small dab of lubricant to the end of my glans, and found that solved it. There may be differences, though, so have a look at my method and see what you think. Other users of the TLC-X may also have some insight.

Yep, most likely from the edge of the TLC X's pusher. The silicone is super tacky and the inner mucosa is super delicate. I've had it happen a couple of times. Get some beeswax based lip balm and lightly coat the pusher where it makes contact. This should prevent further issues. Be sure to let it heal FULLY before you resume using the device, otherwise it will not heal and haunt you for what seems like forever. In the mean time do some manual while its healing up.
