  • TLC Tugger Shipping Confirmation

    Here is the text included in the standard TLC Tugger order processing email upon shipment:
    ================================================== ===============

    Hi,

    Your TLC Tugger order shipped out today. Regular airmail mail takes about 5 days within the US; anywhere from 6 to 28 days elsewhere. Priority and Express Mail are quicker, see the separate note from PayPal for your tracking number. Address any questions only to Service@TLCTugger.com

    The instructions files and videos are downloadable/viewable at http://tlctugger.com/instructions/

    Take well-lighted before pictures from multiple angles in reproducible conditions, and measure your Forced Erect Coverage now and monthly so you'll know you're making progress: http://tlctugger.com/forced-erect-coverage/

    Never squeeze or twist a tugging handle. Always apply a freshly washed device to freshly washed skin.

    Please scan the sections of the message below for additional details on the specific products in your order. After reviewing the instructions and trying your device, feel free to contact me with any questions.

    You can discuss restoration, PE, and TLC products at our User Group: http://ForeskinRestoration.vBulletin.net

    Please share your discovery with people you care about. I hereby appoint you to my sales force. If you refer someone, I'll find a way to show my appreciation. We need to get people talking and spread the word. The sooner the whole world realizes what circumcision takes from a man, the sooner we can stop forced non-therapeutic genital cutting.

    Our silicone devices carry a full-year warranty. Straps and canisters are warranted for three months. If anything falls short of the mark, please tell ME. I treasure my word-of-mouth; I'm going to make you happy. I love it when CONES or TUGGERS are mentioned in my ebay feedback, but when you tell your friends about me that REALLY makes my day.

    Warm Regards,
    -Ron Low

    * * * * * * Ankle Bands (Neonatal) * * * * *

    Wrap a waterproof polyester ankle band around your newborn's leg while in the hospital. Starting from the end without text, wrap around the infant's ankle with the blue side facing out. Remove the backing under the text and adhere the band to itself. as shown at our product page: http://tlctugger.com/product/infant-...se-or-retract/

    Keep the spare handy in case the first is damaged or removed before your hospital discharge.

    * * * * * * Bumper Stickers * * * * * * * *

    For best results:
    Peel the sticker backing carefully from a corner. Once you get the backing started, hold the sticker face down on a flat surface and peel the BACKING away, to avoid putting a curl in the sticker. This will make it easier to apply. You really only get one chance to apply it straight on clean dry exterior glass or a bumper. (Glass is really recommended, the adhesive is tenacious.) If you mess up, I'll replace it.

    I mount my "Circumcision? HIS body HIS decision" sticker high on my rear window where the most people will spot it. I frequently catch people gesturing to it, photographing it, and clearly having conversations about circumcision.

    The sticker adhesive can be removed from most hard surfaces with WD-40.

    * * * * * * Canister Tugger * * * * * * *

    See the instruction video: https://vimeo.com/58303077

    Our Mefix 2" and 1" tape is recommended. If this is not available, use 3M Micropore. Since the Mefix and 3M tapes don't have an evenly split backing, you will need both 1" and 2" width rolls to follow our method.

    In bed, tug up toward one shoulder to accommodate nocturnal erections. Try any technique you will sleep with while awake and erect first.

    Careful reading of the illustrated Canister instructions file: http://old.tlctugger.com/downloads/U...sterMethod.pdf is recommended.

    * * * * * * ComforTug Straps * * * * * * *

    A roughly 42" long setup is for tugging over the shoulder at night. Adjusted to about 32" and with a twist they're ready for tugging below the knee during the day. See the 4-Hour Rule for fine-tuning tension: http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/

    Below the knee: https://vimeo.com/50153996 ********************

    (NEVER tug downward when erections are likely. Use over-the-shoulder or around-the-waist.)

    1) Secure the Tugging device to your penis.

    2) Clip the single-thick end of the ComforTug strap to the device.

    3) Run the strap down to the inside of the knee joint.

    4) Apply the safety pin in the strap at a level even with the hinge of the knee joint. Be gentle with the pin so it goes between elastic fibers rather than tearing them.

    5) Hold the pinned strap against the knee while running the remainder of the strap around the front of the leg below the knee. Wrap it around the back and all the way around a second time.

    6) Clip the double-thick end of the strap to the safety-pinned spot on the strap. The pin prevents the clip from slipping.

    7) Rotate the whole strap setup around the leg so that the strap bears more from the front of the leg than from the inside. (This allows for more consistent tension between walking and seated modes).

    8) Fine-tune the strap length adjustment for comfort by the 4-Hour Rule http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/. This could take a week or more of trial and error.

    In practice, I don't go through these steps every time. Since I wear a tubular elastic knee brace under the strap for comfort, I just unclip and then slip the knee brace and strap off as a unit. It goes back on quickly as a unit. Launder the knee brace and straps only as often as necessary.

    Over the shoulder: http://youtu.be/S87KJ-EFr5Y *****************

    1) Apply the Tugging device to your penis.

    2) Clip the single-thick end of the ComforTug strap to the device.

    3) Run the strap up your chest and over one shoulder (say left).

    4) Reach around to lead the strap down your back and under the ribs on the opposite side (say right).

    5) Clip the double-thick end of the strap to the single-thick section at a point 3 to 10 inches above the tugger, after first applying a safety pin in the single-thick strapping for the clip to grab on to. Be gentle with the pin so it goes between elastic fibers rather than tearing them.

    6) Fine-tune the strap length adjustment for comfort (to about one pound of tension or less) by the 4-Hour Rule http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/. Start with a properly fitting device and an application that minimizes skin wrinkling. Wear the device with zero added tension. Then sneak the setting tighter every few days. You'll know you've just passed your ideal setting when getting through 4 straight hours in comfort starts to be impossible. This could take a week or more of trial and error.

    GENTLE tension will get the job done. Measure your FEC http://tlctugger.com/forced-erect-coverage/ now and monthly to convince yourself that your gentle tension is working for you. For your less aggressive night setup, the 4-hour rule becomes an 8-hour rule. For PE the 4-Hour Rule can become a 2-hour or 20-minute rule; it just depends on how long you plan to wear it.

    Only if needed, launder the straps (no hot water) in a mesh laundry bag.

    * * * * * * SenSlip * * * * * * *

    I do not wear the SenSlip device. Your best source of support will be SenSlip.com. If you have an issue they can't resolve, please let me know. The SenSlip is meant to be washed and last up to a few weeks.

    See their demos: http://www.senslip.com/senslip-.html and https://tlctugger.com/senslip/

    * * * * * * TLC Air Tugger * * * * * * *

    Wash the device before use to avoid skin irritation (I use dish soap to keep the devices from sticking to the molds they're made in).

    Identify the parts you have:

    Air tugger body (white silicone)
    Air tube (hollow stainless steel)
    Air hose (blue silicone)
    Air valve (clear plastic with 1" of tubing)
    Cuff (white silicone with tiny hole)
    Retaining cone (clear silicone)
    Collar and set screw (stainless steel)
    Band-Aide (round)

    1) Screw the Tube into the Air Tugger Body
    2) Apply a round band-aide over your urinary opening or use another means to help it resist air pressure
    3) Roll your skin onto the Tugger Body
    4) Retain your rolled-up skin with the retaining cone
    5) Apply the Cuff against the retaining cone
    6) Secure the Cuff with the Collar and set screw
    7) Attach the Air valve to the Tube with a 1" length of Hose
    8) Attach a 2' length of hose to the Air valve
    9) Gently inflate the foreskin by blowing on the Hose
    10) Remove the 20" hose, and keep handy to top-up the pressure
    11) Tuck your device into a Tug N Wear jock or wear boxers.

    Wear the device under loose fitting pants. Try any technique you will sleep with WHILE AWAKE AND ERECT FIRST. With our SGX Clip, an extender rig can be used for tension http://old.tlctugger.com/images/SGX-Series.jpg.

    Start with clean dry devices and skin. Device grip can sometimes be improved on dry days by dabbing a faint smear of moisture (water or saliva) on the bunched up skin right before popping the Your-Skin Cone on.

    If shifting skin causes the device to get uncomfortable, don't try to wait it out. The pain won't go away (if it does that's even more serious). Get to some privacy and re-apply or remove the device as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can feel through your pants and flex the retaining cone loose to relieve the tension. This is a good reason to have a fail-safe scheme to give you confidence that nothing will ever hit the floor. Tug N Wear http://tlctugger.com/product/tug-n-w...toration-jock/ is highly recommended. Practice at home before heading out.

    If discomfort persists, try less tension. Make sure you're gripping as much skin as you comfortably can between the inner and outer piece. Feel free to contact me with any concerns.

    You can discuss restoration at the TLC user group: http://foreskin-restoration.net/forum

    * * * * * * TLC Hangers * * * * * * *

    Our revised stainless steel Hangers let you use a fine-tuned amount of weight tapelessly with your VLC-X, TLC Packer, TLC-Air, TLC FlexAir, TLC-X, TLC-X Air, or TLC-XPE. With devices like the TLC-X that have a Handle and Rod you can use a longer Rod and secure the weights over your device with a spare Collar and silicone Cuff, filling the gap between the Cuff and the weight stack with the white Spacer cones. With devices that have only a wavy chrome handle use the included lace as shown in the weights demo video on page http://tlctugger.com/instructions/

    For help using Hangers with tape-based systems please contact us.

    CAUTION: When using weights during any activity (even walking) inertia can give rise to brief forces much greater than the nominal weight of the device. For example if you're striding smoothly and then suddenly take off at a bouncy jog to catch a bus, your penis could conceivably sustain serious injury from the jolt of the weights undulating out of sync with your body. Start out with very light amounts of weight until you have a handle on these sorts of forces. Only you are responsible for your health and only you can make the call about whether a specific activity is right for weighted tugging. If you find the benefits of weighted tugging do not exceed your perceptions of the risks, return the weights any time within three months for a refund.

    The silicone CUFF is a new feature not yet shown in the demo videos. It renders the small metal washers obsolete for TLC-X (and other Rod device) users. Place the Cuff over the rod and then hold it in place with the Collar and set screw.

    Wear the device under loose fitting pants. A tugging jock from http://tlctugger.com/product/tug-n-w...toration-jock/ is highly recommended to contain all tugging gear components in the event the device loosens.

    If shifting skin causes the device to get uncomfortable, don't try to wait it out. The pain won't go away (if it does that's even more serious). Get to some privacy and re-apply or remove the device as soon as possible. If discomfort persists, try less tension. Make sure you're gripping as much skin as you comfortably can between the inner and outer piece of your tapeless device. Feel free to contact me with any concerns.

    The TLC Hangers set can supply any weight above 1 ounce in 1-ounce increments through selection of the various weighted pieces. The available weights include: 1 ounce (9 pieces), and 5.5 ounces (the steel conical "cup" designed to encompass the TLC Your-Skin Cone). Each additional pound adds 2" to the length of the weight stack.

    You can discuss penis enlargement techniques at:
    http://mattersofsize.com/forum
    http://ThundersPlace.com
    http://pegym.com/forums

    or at the Enlargement section of the TLC user group: http://foreskinrestoration.vbulletin.net/

    Foreskin restorers should fine-tune their tugging force by the 4-Hour Rule http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/, which could take a week or more of trial and error.

    * * * * * * TLC Packer * * * * * * *

    Wash the device before use to avoid skin irritation. Dish soap is used in production to keep devices from sticking to the molds they're made in.

    Don't miss the note in the instructions about using a smear of Eucerin lotion on the vertical sidewall part of the Packer8 and longer Packers to ease application. With the Packer0, you can use a bead of lotion behind the corona if you're careful not to get too much all over your skin tube. The lotion helps your skin slide comfortably into position to be gripped. Too much will interfere with grip.

    Wear the device under clothes, with loose-fitting briefs or Tug N Wear. Wearing boxers or "going commando" lets the device get pried loose by shearing forces exerted by clothing. In bed, I sleep nude with good success keeping the device in place. Try any technique you will sleep with WHILE AWAKE AND ERECT FIRST.

    Start with a freshly washed device and skin. Device grip can sometimes be improved on dry days by dabbing a faint smear of moisture (water or saliva) on the bunched up skin right before popping the Your-Skin Cone on.

    Never use more than 8 pounds of tugging force (even briefly), or bend the wire handle. If your Packer is from before 2009 give it a vigorous test-pull before using it with weights or straps. Original Packer loops were tested for only 3 pounds, but today's Packer is tested in manufacture to withstand a brief 20-pound pull.

    See the Packer Guide Sheet:
    http://old.tlctugger.com/downloads/P...uide_Sheet.pdf and demo video: https://vimeo.com/55732858

    Don't miss the note in the instructions about using a smear of Eucerin lotion on the vertical sidewall part of the Pusher or Selects to ease application. The lotion helps your skin slide comfortably without binding into position to be gripped. Too much lotion will interfere with grip.

    TLC Selects are supplied in 3mm, 6mm, 12mm, and (optionally) 24mm lengths. These can be mixed and matched to form any stack height from 3mm to 45mm, in 3mm increments. For example one might start with just the Pusher. Then after 4 months the 3mm piece could be placed between the Pusher and Tugger body. After another 3 or 4 months swap in the 6mm Selects piece. Then when it's time for 9mm of selects, add the 3mm piece back in with the 6mm piece.

    See the note about Future Flaccid Roll-over Point (FFRP) http://foreskin-restoration.net/foru...p;postcount=44 for help deciding how much to lengthen the Packer/Stacker, TLC-X, or VLC-X, and when. Once you do the FFRP measurements, mark the FFRP location on your skin. Apply your device. If the FFRP is facing out, lengthen the device. If it's facing in then shorten the device (or if no shorter device is available just tug and wait until you grow more slack). If the FFRP is right at the end, don't change a thing but check again in 2 or 3 months.

    * * * * * * TLC Tugger * * * * * * *

    Rule #1 is never use more than 8 pounds of tugging force, or twist or flex the tugging handle. If the handle gets twisted or compromised, return for replacement.

    One pound of tension is plenty. See note under ComforTug Straps to measure strap tension. Fine tune your tension setting by the 4-Hour Rule http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/. This could take a week or more of trial and error.

    Wash the device before use to avoid skin irritation. Dish soap is used in production to keep devices from sticking to the molds they're made in.

    Wear the device under loose fitting pants. A "loin cloth" as shown in the instructions file helps keep the device from getting pried loose by shearing forces exerted by clothing. In bed, tug up toward one shoulder to accommodate nocturnal erections. I sleep nude with good success keeping the device in place. I use a pillow under my knees to help me stay flat on my back.

Get to some privacy and re-apply or remove the device as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can feel through your pants and unclip the strap to or flex and loosen the cone to relieve the tension. This is a good reason to run a loose lace through the tugging handle and pin it to your inseam (or whatever fail-safe scheme will give you confidence that nothing will ever hit the floor). The Tug N Wear jock http://tlctugger.com/product/tug-n-w...toration-jock/ is a very elegant fail-safe scheme and is highly recommended.

    If any discomfort persists, try less tension. Make sure you're gripping as much skin as you comfortably can between the inner and outer piece. Feel free to contact me with any concerns.

    See also the Tugger application video: https://vimeo.com/55701720 (note that the unadjusted strap tension in this video is excessive).

    * * * * * * TLC-X Tugger * * * * * * *

    Rule #1 is never use more than 8 pounds of tugging force, or twist or flex the tugging handle. If the handle gets twisted or compromised, return for replacement.

    One pound of tension is plenty. See note under ComforTug Straps to measure strap tension. Fine tune your tension setting by the 4-Hour Rule http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/ whether the tension source is straps, weights, springs, rubber bands http://youtu.be/T8mGteE5VYQ, or fixed Pusher displacement, or some combination. Finding the best tension setting could take a week or more of trial and error.

    Wash the device before use to avoid skin irritation. Dish soap is used in production to keep them from sticking to the molds they're made in.

    The conical springs are new. https://vimeo.com/59634660 The old cylindrical springs are obsolete. To use the springs (if desired):

    1) Slide the rod out of the TLC-X. With Pusher attached to the rod, slide a conical spring onto the rod, wide end first. Then slide a washer onto the rod over the spring. If a second spring is desired slide another conical spring onto the rod, skinny end first.

    2) Slide the rod back into the TLC-X.

    3) Compress the spring during application (you could hold it with the optional collar set screw), then carefully release it after you've gripped your skin with the retaining cone.

    4) You could wear the TLC-X with spring tension (without the collet or collar and set screw) for minimal bulk in your pants.

    Another option with two springs would be to stack the second nested over the first (pointing the same direction; in parallel rather than series) before putting the washer on the Rod. This mode would make the springiness feel twice as stiff.

    See all Instructions files for the basic TLC Tugger and in addition, view the TLC-X-related videos at our Instructions page: http://tlctugger.com/instructions/

    See the TLC-X Tugger application videos:
    http://tlctugger.com/tlc-x/

    * * * * * * TLC-X Air Tugger * * * * * * *

    Wash the device before use to avoid skin irritation (I use dish soap to keep the devices from sticking to the molds they're made in).

    Identify the parts you have:

    Airtight tugger body (white silicone with wavy stainless wire handle)
    Air tube (hollow stainless steel)
    Vented Pusher
    Air hose (blue silicone)
    Air valve (clear plastic with 1" of tubing)
    Spacer cones (white silicone, large opening)
    Cuff (white silicone with tiny hole)
    Retaining cone (clear silicone)
    Collet (2-piece stainless steel)
    Collar and set screw (stainless steel)
    Band-Aide (round)
    Safety lace

    1) Screw the Tube into the Air Tugger Body
    2) Apply a round band-aide over your urinary opening or use another means to help it resist air pressure
    3) Roll your skin onto the Tugger Body
    4) Retain your rolled-up skin with the retaining cone
    5) Apply the large spacer against the retaining cone
    6) Apply additional spacers against the large spacer as needed
    7) Apply the Cuff against the spacer cone
    8) Secure the Cuff with the Collar and set screw
    9) Attach the Air valve to the Tube with a 1" length of Hose
    10) Attach a 2' length of hose to the Air valve
    11) Gently inflate the foreskin by blowing on the Hose
    12) Remove the 20" hose
    13) Tuck your device into a Tug N Wear jock or wear boxers.

    Wear the device under loose fitting pants. Try any technique you will sleep with WHILE AWAKE AND ERECT FIRST. With our SGX Clip, an extender rig can be used for tension http://old.tlctugger.com/images/SGX-Series.jpg.

    The airtight aspect of the tugging body means the Pusher's Rod slides through only with substantial effort. If you find it's too hard to push it, you could lubricate the rod. Place a bit of lotion on a cotton swab and dab it on the Rod between the Pusher and the inside of the tugger body, then push the Pusher against the Tugger body to slide the lubed section of rod into the tugger body.

    Wash the device before use to avoid skin irritation (I use dish soap to keep the devices from sticking to the molds they're made in).

    Eight ounces to two pounds of tension is plenty. (You could mark a pair of spots 3" apart on the single-thick part of the strap under no tension. These should be about 3.25" apart when the strap is pulled to one pound of tension. Strap material elasticity varies; calibrate by hanging a weight like a 16-ounce cup of water from the single-thick part of the strap). Attach the strap by looping the ring over the collar's set screw.

    Wear the device under loose fitting pants. A "loin cloth" as shown in the instructions file helps keep the device from getting pried loose by shearing forces exerted by clothing. If worn in bed, tug up toward one shoulder to accommodate nocturnal erections. I sleep nude with good success keeping the device in place. I use a pillow under my knees to help me stay flat on my back.

In the meantime, you can feel through your pants and unclip the strap or flex the retaining cone loose to relieve the tension.

    See also the Tugger application video: https://vimeo.com/55701720 but note that the strap tension shown is excessive. Adjustment is covered in other videos. Use the 4-Hour Rule for fine-tuning tension: http://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/. For PE the 4-Hour Rule can become a 2-hour or a 20-minute rule; it just depends on how long you plan to wear it. Finding the best tension could take a week or more of trial and error.

    * * * * * * VLC Packer * * * * * * *

    Airtight tugger body (white silicone with wavy stainless wire handle)
    Aluminum Rods (blue anodized)
    Pusher (screws onto Rod)
    Retaining cone (clear silicone)
    Collet (2-piece stainless steel)

    The ventless aspect of the tugging body means the Pusher's Rod slides through the hole only with substantial effort. If you find it's too hard to push it, you could lubricate the rod. Place a bit of lotion on a cotton swab and dab it on the Rod between the Pusher and the inside of the tugger body, then push the Pusher against the Tugger body to slide the lubed section of rod into the tugger body.

    The VLC-X uniquely lets you simultaneously tension the shaft (owing to its ventless design) and optimally expand the skin tube (due to the Pusher action and the ability to lengthen the device with TLC Selects to keep up with your ever increasing slack).
