Why does this not come standard with the device?

How do you apply the rubber grommet on the cone?

About 1" diameter with a 3/8" hole and about 1/2" thick. You may have to grind the thickness down. Just bring your device with you . If the hardware hawk asks what it is, tell him after he handles it just to watch his reaction! Lol.

    New gripper for TLC-X

I've heard that a condom catheter can be used as a gripper instead of the Your Skin Cone for the TLC-X top help prevent slipping. Can anyone share how to modify a condom catheter to do this?

    Thanks,
    Jim
