  • Small penises and the TLC

I've been using the TLC-X off and on (mostly off) for about a year and a half now. I think I am about a CI-2 or so. Not tight, but not quite enough slack to easily use the TLC-X without a lot of drama (and tape).

My biggest issue is keeping it on while I'm at work. I finally have a desk job, so I'm trying restoration again.

I am on the low end of the endowment spectrum (1-2" soft and 4" erect). When I use the TLC-X in any configuration, I am left with less than an inch showing down there. As a result, I have trouble keeping it on while I am wearing clothes and/or moving around a lot. The easiest way for me to do it is either using tape to keep the skin over the tugger part, or to use only the cone so that nothing sticks out. I've never used the cone by itself at work, because unless I use tape, I have to make many trips to the restroom to check/adjust the TLC, and I'm afraid the cone will simply fall off from too much movement.

I may just restore at home for now. The skin cone by itself seems to give me enough tension to get a head start.

Has anyone else experienced tugging with a small penis? Is there anything I can do to make it easier?

When I wear the TLC, it sticks straight out due to my small size, rather than hanging down my pants leg. That is what I meant by what I said above. Thus, it doesn't take much to make the skin slip out from the cone.

That makes a pretty good case for using weight, since the penis can point more or less where it wants/needs to.

It also makes a good case for using Tug N Wear http://TugNWear.com to prevent friction between the edge of the retaining cone and your pants.

Thanks! I'll definitely look into getting one.

I'm taking a risk today and wearing the whole device with some inner tension and aiming the whole thing down my leg. So far, it is still on and hasn't slipped enough for me to be concerned. It seems that the more I tug, the easier it gets to wear the TLC-X, even after just a few days. I guess the skin is becoming more elastic.

And that's the way we like it Patrick. Good going and congratulations on getting back to the foreskin

I actually highly recommend that either you buy the Tug-n-Wear, as mentioned by Ron, or you make something like it (if you have some basic sewing skills and access to a machine.) I wanted to try out the concept before I spent the money on them, and it does actually make a world of difference. Before making mine, my device kept falling off because my pants would rub against the cone and it would lose its grip on my skin. This caused me to devote alot of attention to whether or not the device was about to fall off. After I started wearing them, not only did i not have to devote much attention to the device, it prevented the rubbing of the device on my pants which was causing it to fall of in the first place. I went from being able to wear it for an hour or so, to wearing it for about 6 hours without any need to readjust.
Started restoring Nov2015 with CI-3, Current device: TLC-X.

I use a little pin between cone and the collet (tlc-x) to make cone more safe. Skin friction is good and mostly keep it in place but sometimes it fells off, usually retaining.

I adjust push rod for tugging session. For retaining i use tlcx too but with no push rod tension.
Maybe you should find a way to keep cone in place rather then solely rely on skin friction.

Tlc-x is a great device, skin friction is a good idea but didnt work for me i need to impovise

All You have to do to keep the device from falling off is get a rubber grommet at the hardware store and make a cut on the edge to install it. See pics. In fact it works so well that I don't ever use a safety lanyard.

Or just pin a sock inside your underwear.

What size is the grommet? That's an amazing idea.

It's about 3/4" in dia. with a 3/8" hole and it's just shy of 1/2' thick. The thickness may need to be sanded down so it's not too tight. You don't want it to increase the clamping pressure. When the device is under tension it should float a bit. Just bring your device to the hardware store and see what they've got. I'm sure you'll find something. I have NEVER had my TLC X fall off with this on there.

TLC Tugger offers a Cuff https://vimeo.com/61596874 which can be used to clamp the retaining cone in place for a TLC-X, TLC Hanger, or TLC Air.

Sorry Ron, my idea works better and costs less than $1.

                            Definately. Keep it simple.
I think that grommet should be included in the kit. With a little money, it adds lots of value

Keep it simple is great. But a clamp of indeterminate pressure can be quite frustrating if not dangerous. There is no grommet that could work with all existing or even future devices. Handle placement varies with device size.
