  • Ordering a TLC-X

I want to order a TLC-X device from this link: https://tlctugger.com/product/tlc-x-tugger/
When ordering the device, it asks to specify a size. I have 2 questions.
Could a small error in measurement possibly cause big problems afterwards? and
Does this 89.50$ package have everything I need to start off my restoration journey?

Probably not. For years I offered TLC Tuggers in one size and got few complaints. The conical geometry is very forgiving. But do follow our measuring guidelines carefully http://TLCTugger.com/device-sizing/ Sizing is a little but more critical with the TLC-X because it has the extra Pusher part, so it's MORE device to wrap your skin around. If you're on the verge of not having enough slack to use it, then getting the width wrong won't help any.

To use the TLC-X, we say you need enough slack skin so you could force the skin to fully cover and hide the whole glans and comfortably pinch the skin closed in front of the glans while flaccid.

Yes. BUT as I discuss here https://tlctugger.com/tlc-tugger-or-tlc-x/ the TLC-X can induce extra tension in the inner-facing skin when you extend the Pusher part after application. To get good tension in the outer-facing skin you accomplish that by wrestling the skin into place during application and trapping it there with the retaining cone, capturing some outer-facing tension. But that's a hit-or-miss thing. So guys hoping to tension the outer-facing skin without a weight or strap need to expect to require more tries to get a good application. Or they can expect to settle for a less perfect application that gets uncomfortable sooner, for more frequent re-application. Small price to pay for strapless convenience, some would say.

USING WEIGHTS OR STRAPS with the TLC-X solves this hit-or-miss aspect. The outer-facing skin gets its tension from the externally applied source of tension, so the application can be much more relaxed. With the strapless mode there is no real way to follow the 4-Hour Rule protocol http://TLCTugger.com/4-hour-rule/ for fine-tuning tension, so I recommend straps or weights, even with the TLC-X. With luck you have some heavy chunks you could dangle from the TLC-X to try weighted tension.

Thanks a lot Ron, I'll be asking some more questions as I continue to search for the best device to start it off.
