  • Holding skin while applying the outer cone

I pull skin up at least to the metal loop at the top and try to quickly remove my fingers while putting on the cone before the skin falls back down (gotta be real quick). It will not stay up there, any tips.
If I pull it up high enough I will catch it up high on the inner cone & then it will stay on, if it isn't up high it will not stay...thanks...

It requires patience to be as flaccid as you get.

I'm able to roll skin up high enough so I can use a ring grip near the skinny end of the device to keep the skin bunched up. Then I place the outer cone and it catches the puffed ring of skin before that skin slips out of reach.

Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

When I had less slack I had to use an approach where I gripped the skin at "6 and 12 o'clock" and squeezed the cone at "3 and 9 o'clock" so my gripping hand could sneak up into the cone as the cone approached the skin.

If you want your skin to stick to the Tugger body so the whole process is more forgiving, you could add AdhesiMed light tack silicone adhesive http://tlctugger.com/product/adhesimed/.

Best way is to fold the retaining cone back on itself and place it in something to hold it that way. A pill bottle works good. Then hold your skin where you want it in an OK symbol grip.and pick up the folded cone with the other hand by your finger tips, lower it into position and flip the sides down while removing the other hand all in one quick motion. Takes a little practice, but it works very well one you get the hang of it.

I find the best way for me is to put the inner cone on and push the glans under the skin then slide the outer come on you don't have to do any quick motions but kinda awkward till you're comfortable doing it

Of course it does. I can improve upon ANYTHING! Just be sure to use a rubber grommet to prevent the retaining cone from loosening. See pics.

In order to do it that way you need enough skin. You also want your skin as high up on the tugger body and laid out as flat as possible to get a comfortable application and a maximum of skin under tension.

There are no quick movements in my method...I've become pretty smooth at it.

I hold the pusher against my glans with my left hand...then going all the way around with my right hand, I pull the skin out and over the pusher, lifting a left thumb/finger to hold each section in place (imagine it looking sorta like Manual Method 4). While I'm holding the skin under my left thumb and fingers, I make an 'OK' with my right thumb and index finger, and hold/bunch the skin up toward the collet, also gripping the pusher underneath. Now holding everything in place with my right 'OK' sign, I remove my left hand, grab the cone, and in one motion, slip it over the bunched up skin as my right hand slowly releases it into the cone. Holding the cone with my left hand, I gently pull any extra bunched up skin out of the cone with my right, then give a firm pull on the cone to secure it over my skin and set the tension rod. Boom, done. Great application nearly every time.

Thanks for all the great ideas. I mentioned that my skin must be up very high to stay on, when it is it holds well. I sometimes wonder if the cone is wrong size.
                  1) Do others experience the necessity to have the skin up high?
                  2) I think my skin may be thick and so I often experience wrinkles, anyone else have this issue?

The more skin you have trapped in the device the better it will hold and the more comfortable it will be. I try for about 1/8" to 1/4" gap at the top. The wrinkles are almost unavoidable because the diameter of the device at the top is so much smaller than the diameter of your dick (hopefully, Lol). Over the course of your restoration, you put on the device thousands of times and no 2 applications are the same. Over time this should balance out.

I tried your method and it also works great. I think I actually tend to get less wrinkles using your method...anyway thanks for the assistance...
