  • Cone sizing

If I were to experiment with different sizes of the Your Skin Cones to go on my tlc tugger device, how would I go about it? How is the flaccid glans width measurement reflected in the creation of a cone, and how is the erect glans width reflected in it?

This is really a question for an e-mail to Ron. If you have any sort of size problem with a device you bought from him, he will make it good if you e-mail him.

You can't use a skin cone of a different size on your device. If it's smaller it will grip too hard (if you can even get it to work) and if it's too big it won't hold and your skin will just slip out. The 2 have to be matched.

We use a formula to calculate device width and retaining cone width from flaccid and erect glans widths. The goal is a device that fits comfortably against the glans and is not too wide. The retaining cone should work with this device and also work alone to retain the skin over the glans even through nocturnal erections.

In simple terms the device width is usually about 90% as wide as the flaccid glans and the retaining cone is usually about 90% as wide as the erect glans.
