  • Trying to finally get it done

So, after buying my TLC 3yrs ago, and many false starts, and stops. I've decided, I think I'm ready to finally do it. My question is, as my skin expands. Will I need to buy larger tugers, and skin cones?

I'd be curious we people thought, but as I see it, most restorers will favor narrower devices as they gain slack. So even if you somehow engaged in Penis Enlargement (PE) activities that made your shaft girthier or made your glans swell, a tugger that stays the same would probably be fine.

Thanks Ron. I was wondering as I gain more skin extension in my remanate, I would have to change to a diffrent cone, or packer. By the way How can I order more cones as spares. The one I have I have not used much, but has become discolored.

I wouldn't worry about it being discolored, just as long as it is still able to grip your skin and it hasn't becoming brittle.

Ron, I'm wondering if there's an alternative to the collet. I've gained skin and want to start using the pusher with the TLC-X but I'm finding the collet difficult to tighten and to have it stay tight so that the pusher doesn't slip through it. Thanks, Bill

              Hi,
The Collet can be fine-tuned for minimal wear and tear on the fingers https://foreskinrestoration.vbulleti...?p=929#post929 but some guys find the Collar and set screws meet their needs https://tlctugger.com/product/collar...ews-for-tlc-x/
