  • V notch on dorsal side

I tried to search this and could not find it. At the tip of the dorsal side of my new foreskin is a "notch' for lack of a better term. When in the cone it will most always appear after wearing the tugger for awhile. I try to concentrate with manual on this spot but is not lengthening the small notched area. My guess is it is the spot for the main vessel. Anyone else have this and is it possible to lengthen the notched area...thanks

Not sure what you're trying to describe. A pic is worth 1000 words.

I have it too. I think it's what's left of our superficial and deep dorsal veins?

Thanks, I believe so also, has to be that. In studying the end of intact foreskin the vein/s appear to snake a bit at the end, once cut farther back it is a stub (ugggh!). Anyway, Have you read any thoughts if veins also grow as easy as skin?

No, I haven't. I can only speculate as to what might happen.

Veins grow along with skin. They have to. Do supply blood to the new tissue.

Hi - I modified one of my TLCs with a notch at the frenulum area - this prevents soreness in this area of my glans when I have been using the regular TLC or jacking off too much. View Photos.

Oh its cool for you to modify our own TLC tugger. You may want to sand the edge a little bit.

Also if anyone plans to do this, if you have grown more foreskin I think the Tugger will be less stable since the tension is not balanced in one side. Which of of course may take over a year.

Well you can always buy a new one but there are some guys out there who may be pretty low in cash (like me). I treat my tlc x like an expensive smartphone....hahaha.

But anyways you dont replace a tugger monthly but yearly but if it works for you then it's all okay.

                  KOT!
