How do u switch the rod?

I'm scared I might break it and I don't see any videos. How to do you switch rods?

Lefty loosey, righty tighty! Just unscrew it.

TLC-X Pushers, TLC Hangers, TLC Air, etc all have Rods which can be unscrewed and swapped out. I hold the device in my left hand and twist the Rod counter-clockwise with my right.
