    >> Most posts say to tug for at least 8-10 hours, is there any problem/benefit for doing it longer? <<

There may be a point of diminishing returns. Cell divisions can only occur when there is good circulation, and we know gripping the skin or even just tensioning the skin causes constriction of blood vessels. So some time each day with full circulatory flow is not a bad idea.

    >> If I take it off to take a leak will I have to start the time over? <<

Every minute tugging is as valuable as aby other minute.

Tapeless devices are removed and re-applied for each trip to the toilet.

    >> Do I need to be standing to get the most benefit out of the TLC or will I get just as much benefit sitting down? <<

Tension is tension. If you use weights affixed to the end of the device as your tension source then you are at your intended tension only when the device can dangle (either standing or propped at the edge of a stool).

    >> I don't think I have enough slack to do manual tugging <<

You can use your device as an aid to manual tugging. See this demo: https://tlctugger.com/manual-tugging-demo/

Manual tugging may improve your existing skin's mobility enough to let you get a more symmetrical application.

Welcome! You will be fine. Just get started, ease into it, and keep on tugging.

It is good to have a goal, so you know where you are headed. As you learn more, revisit your goal, you may find you want to refine it.

This is a great place to get questions answered.

The amount of time needed seems to be highly variable based on the reports form men on here and elsewhere. I suggest that you do not lock yourself in to a length of time just yet. My experience is that the amount of tension is far more important than the length of time under tension. I could easily argue that shorter times have been more effective for me. Manual tuggers do short time periods.

Instead of focusing on time under tension, I suggest that you first choose a method based on what you will be willing to do over the long haul. then sort out how to do it during your daily activities, and pick a regimen that you can easily do on a daily basis over the long haul. It doesn't have to be daily, but that is a good way to think about it as you try and figure that out. Say Mon-Fri, morning and evenings for one hour, as an example. Something that will easily fit into your daily routine. Then get used to tugging with that method for a week or so, using gently tension, basically just getting used to wearing it. After you are comfortable, then experiment with the amount of tension. Try one level of tension for a month or so and see how it works. Are you making progress? Good, keep doing that. NO? Then try a bit more or less tension. Your making progress but think you want to try for more? Again, try another level of tension for a month or so. Keep experimenting until you are confident that you know how to make progress. After you can do that, then try other changes as you feel would work for you.

I would not say it that way, just take it off and pee. It is just a minor pause in tugging. Keep in mind that what we are doing is triggering the cells to grow more skin by applying tension. We simply give the cells a stimulus (tension), then the cells do their thing. We are not stretching the skin, we are triggering the cells using tension. Yes, the skin does stretch, but that is temporary, once we remove the tension the cells keep on doing their thing, and the skin relaxes back to where it was.

You can tug standing, sitting, lying down. the devil is in the details, so depending upon exactly how you are tugging, some positions may be more advantageous than others. And, by the way, the TLC and other devices may or may not work for you at this point, depending upon how much skin you currently have. No worries if you find you do not have enough skin, just set it aside and use a different method until you have more skin.

People use various ways. Photos are nice, measuring such as force erect coverage, keeping a log. The main thing that makes it work well is being consistent, if you are trying to measure progress.

It looks like it, and if it stays in place while you apply tension, then you probably are.

I am not quite sure what you are asking, sorry. Basically, trap enough skin to keep the tugger on, without trapping too much skin in the gripper, Apply tension and hold that tension for a while. then release. One thing you may find some comfort in is that this takes a long time, so you have plenty of time to make adjustments as you go.

I would suggest that you have plenty of skin for manual, but you may not have enough for a device. But you will find out as you try. Manual can be sued with any amount of skin. Taping too, I know because I had almost no skin and started with taping.

You will be fine. This is really pretty simple and straight forward. As you think of more questions, just ask, plenty of helpful people here.
