TLC tugger dimensions

Could anyone make photo of TLC tugger with ruler or make measurement and write his glans dimensions ?
The matter I wanna make one for myself and I need an example.

It's gonna cost you more to buy the materials than to buy one from Ron. ALL the silicone sealants available in hardware stores contain chemicals that will burn your skin. The stuff Ron uses can only be purchased in larger quantities which makes it cost prohibitive.

2 months time? Where do you live? I order stuff from Europe often and it doesn't take nearly that long. I recently ordered a CD from England and it only took 2 weeks and it was $10 WITH shipping.

His equipment is so well made, I for the past three years have been hanging 10bls from his devices and only one has failed, but it was a tuger that was over 2 years old. I do with my DTR style tugger about 2 kg 6 hours a day (3x2h). But near the scar my skin is teared. And I have to wait 3-4 days to heal my skin . And I can't even use retainer this days. If I could tug my skin without scar I'll would be fine.
I actually think 10 lbs x 1 hour better than hole day TLS on a leg.

For flaccid / erect glans-width numbers 37 and 42, I would make a Tugger with Theta = 20 degrees, r1 = 5mm, r2 = 33mm

For the retaining cone r1 = 6.5mm, r2 = 38mm, and the arbitrary wall thickness = 2.3mm.
