  • Do I need to update any of my tlc tugger?

I have been using the TLC Tugger for over a year now. Will I need to update the inner or outer cones or can I continue to use the originals for years to come? Guess what I am saying, will my skin growth affect them in any way...thanks

As far as I know, the TLC Tugger line is sized only for your glans width, which is unlikely to be affected by foreskin restoration. The straps are consider consumable items though and will wear out, so you might want to check yours out and see if it has lost its elasticity.

I have a discussion here http://tlctugger.com/tlc-tugger-or-tlc-x/ of why IN THEORY it might be a good idea to use a longer and longer device as you gain slack. The point is to ensure you get the tightest most natural-looking puckered outcome. But as it says there I got the results in mhttp://foreskinrestoration.vbulletin.net/forum/foreskin-restoration/progress-galleries/62-2001-04-01-tlctugger-s-progress without special regard to the theory - as I hadn't contrived it yet. I did happen to switch to a Stretch 8 version http://tlctugger.com/product/tlc-stretch-8-tugger-body/ after a time, before I was through with the bulk of my restoration. Anyway, I feel I did OK cosmetically but would like everyone to do even better.

So when would you suggest moving to the Stretch 8?

If you have a Tugger and can force the skin half way up the metal handle during application, you could wear a longer tugger.

The TLC-X / TLC Selects combo lets you fine-tune the device length any time.

I've adjusted for increased growth by using what use to be called "packers" but now may be called "spacers." Don't see what I have offered any more on the website but the closets thing looks like the "spacer" set sold under TLC accessories.

The spacer allows for increased length adjustment so that I (you) can continue to use your original Tugger w/o the need to by a longer one. It's a bit of a hassle to deal w/3 instead of just 2 parts when taking a pee or readjusting the Tugger, but it's not that big a deal.

Can i just adjust tlc-x for a longer setup, rather than buying a stretch 8?

We used to have an accessory for Stretched Packers called TLC Stackers Packing Cylinders, part # CYL. It was a 3-piece set (4, 8, and 16mm tall). When we started to offer more diameters for Stretch Tuggers and Packers and we made the interior contour more "glans shaped" it became quite unworkable to tool up for all the size/shape combos it would have taken to keep offering those. You can still get Stretched Tugger or Packer in a custom length by having us graft length onto it: http://tlctugger.com/product/packer-...tension-graft/ The product was horrible because there was no way to catch all the parts (other than Tug N Wear) if it loosened.

It is perhaps unfortunate that I have re-used the name Stacker to mean something completely different. A TLC Stacker is a handle-less TLC-X body, available in the 7 TLC-X widths. Use it with a 3-pc or 4-pc set of TLC Selects spacer disks (part# CYL-X, these are the most similar thing to the old Stackers) and a Pusher and Rod. This set-up stays snugly unitized by the Pusher's rod until you slide the parts apart.

Yes. Use a set of TLC Selects http://tlctugger.com/?s=cyl-x&post_type=product. The pieces are 3, 6, 12, and 24mm tall. Mix and match to make different total device lengths in 3mm increments. So adding a 3-piece set of Selects to a TLC-X is like getting 8 different Stretch Tugger lengths (except you also have the TLC-X post-application extensibility).
