    They're surprisingly expensive. You'd probably want a used one from ebay, and the seller would surely be happy to tell you the outside diameter. For tapeless tuggers, we size the device width to about 90% of flaccid glans width http://TLCTugger.com/device-sizing/

      Purchased new, the mouthpieces can be expensive, however, secondhand bargains are not hard to find. The expensive ones are for serious players, but as the intention is not for making music, buy whatever is cheapest. I did just that with no untoward consequences. The pics are from UK eBay this morning.
