  • New, Overwhelmed, Confused, but Keen to take advice on board

    Hey everyone

So I'm sorry for sounding desperate or for (potentially) asking too much, but I am super new to this whole thing and really need some guidance/support. I'm not being (that) lazy, I have ben researching things for a few days now but am still pretty overwhelmed and just want to know where to start really :/

So, basically, I am currently 20, from the UK and was circumcised when I was 9/10 under medical advice. my foreskin didn't pull back an i was told circumcision was the only option or it would tear/it would be too tight for me to have sex - so my mum regretfully agreed to it. I honestly didn't even realise restoration was possible, let alone possible without surgery! This is such exciting news for me and I m willing to invest money/time whatever it takes and would like to start as soon as possible.

However, my situation doesn't look good. I don't have any leftover skin at all, just a scar and hair growing pretty much all the way up the shaft (I have no idea if these things are normal or if regrowth is even possible in my case). I just don't really know where to start, and I feel like maybe if I buy some devices and can figure out roughly (at least) where i'm going with it I will stick to it lot more and at the moment the overwhelming about of methods, information, and devices is just plain intimidating.

Any support/guidance/advice, however general is very much appreciated! I am eager to learn ... please someone help haha

Also, I just want to express how glad I am this exists and that there are forums and stuff, I've always felt so insecure with being cut as nobody else is (well, nobody I've ever been with sexually has been) and I've only recently realised how many negative effects it has :/

    Thanks in advance!

Start Tugging. Look up manual tugging.

Sorry you were cut. I'm glad you found us.

We now that 9 or 10 is too young to be resorting to amputative surgery, as the foreskin often becomes retractable from its owner's own curious manipulations even later than that. And if it doesn't, gentle finger stretches with steroidal ointment can usually resolve things for comfortable within months.

Restoring has many benefits: https://tlctugger.com/benefits-of-foreskin-restoration/ But please understand we can only grow the surviving skin longer to act like a foreskin. The actual lost structures do not re-grow.

Oh, how maddening. When cutting on an older child there is no excuse for not leaving ample slack. What is wrong with some doctors?

Any hairless skin you manage to expand will only decrease the amount of hair-bearing skin dragged up onto the shaft during erection.

If you have slack that lets you temporarily force-cover the whole glans and hide it in skin then you can apply a tapeless device (including the ones I sell, the simple TLC Tugger or the fancy TLC-X https://tlctugger.com/tlc-tugger-or-tlc-x/ ).

If you can't force-cover, then you can add slack for a few months with manual tugs http://www.restoringforeskin.org/blo...gging-method-2 or with a tape method (like the Canister that I sell https://tlctugger.com/canister-kit/).

With luck you can also start wearing your skin over the glans during all non-tugging hours (by for example using the Your-Skin Cone I sell https://tlctugger.com/your-skin-cone/).

I recommend wearing gentle tension 10-12 hours per day and keeping covered all other hours. See https://tlctugger.com/how-to-tug/

I was tight cut I started with t tape method, i found it affective but any moisture at all would make the tape come off. So i tried the pill tube method which wasn’t to bad.
Using both these methods gave me slack skin to use the socket method which again worked well but not if you have an active life or in to sports

I have been on a break for a few years but just started using the tlc-X and so far so good. I’ve ordered the weights to go with it as i have found it difficult to repeat the same tension every time I use it so I’m sticking with a weighted method because that what works best for me

Good luck in picking something that works for you as everyone is different and don’t be afraid to try something new if one doesn’t work, I used to get upset and frustrated when something failed then would stop restoring for a bit, then start again at a later time

If you need any more advice just ask, again good luck and stick with it.
