  • Help For A Newbie?

    Hello all.

I am 18, and just started to think about restoration. (I'm an american jew, so....yeah....no avoiding the circumcision route there).

Anyway, I have a few questions for you guys.

I got the basic TLC tugger that comes with the tugger body, the your skin cone, and the straps.

    However...there is an issue.

When doing my measurements, I noticed that the width of my glans while flaccid is VERY small, whereas while erect it is a crap ton bigger. I believe the measurements were about 34mm and 52mm. Yet, the site said that my measurements were false, and that I needed them to be like 5 to 10mm apart. So I tried to take better measurements...and just kinda..."went" with a higher number.

Now, I have it. And I can use it. But, the tugger body is bigger than my glans while flaccid. In The video tutorial shown, the body opening seemed to be just about the same size of the glans, maybe even a bit smaller. I can still get the skin around it and have it stay attached with the cone, but I am concerned that this might not be as beneficial as it could be with a more accurate size.

Anyone have any tips? Are pictures required? Because I can post some if need be.

I am unsure of how to answer your question. But it did stir up a memory in me that I want to share with you:

I used the TLC and did a BUNCH of my tugging while asleep at night. I wore boxer shorts to bed. I had the suspender strap going over my shoulder (alternating shoulders every other night) and clipped onto my boxer shorts for night time erections. When I did wake up I just released the suspender strap and left it off until morning. This worked out really well for me. You shouldn't do this yourself until you've induced an erection to see if it will work, you don't want to hurt your penis.

There is a trend of Jews moving away from circumcision. I believe you will be pleased with the results. Welcome.

It sounds like it's too big. You want it as small as possible so as to NOT laterally stretch out your foreskin. A baggy foreskin is the last thing you want. Contact TLC Tugger. They will be more than happy to set you up with the right size.

Ron will exchange it free of charge if you send him pictures with your glans against a ruler to let him do the sizing for you. Your measurements are not that unusual, mine are 37/48.

If the device grasps your skin and stays on without slipping, and you don't feel immediate discomfort, then you're good to go. Really, satisfy those requirements, put in the (long) time it takes and you'll be pleased.

Don't worry about "lateral stretching", no such thing, so it won't have an effect on your skin other than stimulating your skin to grow additional cells beyond the maintenance rate, which is what you want. A lot of guys think that they are somehow making a permanent tube, and we aren't. We never will. So pulling forward, or straight out at a 90, which is as "lateral" as you can get, or even back towards your belly (many guys do this every day), all equal the same thing: stimulation of your skin to grow more cells, but NOT in a tube shape, just more and more, looser and looser skin around your shaft ,which you will one day be able to roll down into a temporary tube, and it will begin to look like a foreskin. That's a promise from us to you.

Takes a long time to see any of this, year after year. But eventually you will begin to see little wrinkles, and then eventually larger wrinkles. These wrinkles are additional skin. Continue on and those wrinkles will become fatter and fatter, and you will find that you can pull them "flat", and when you do this you will see that this is skin which can be pulled down to cover your sulcus, and later cover over your corona, and then more and more of your glans. This is how it works for EVERYBODY. It is literally impossible for it to work any other way. Again, a promise. You just have to hang in and endure.
