    Hi!

I'm new to foreskin restoration. I remember finding out when I was 12 years old that I had been cut. I had always just thought that everybody looked like me. I was cut for religious reasons (my dad was Jewish), but I've never been to temple nor have I had a Bar Mitzvah.

I started restoring around a week ago, when I bought a TLC-X. I haven't noticed a dekeritinization of the glans yet, however, I do notice some extra skin already!

    Hi, welcome to the forum!

In the first place, it's good that you decided to start restoring. You won't regret.

You need to be constant, i.e. use any tugging method that works for you (manual, taping devices, tapeless devices...) for a few minutes/hours every day.

Also, keep in mind that restoration usually takes from months to years. It is normat that you don't experience the dekeratinization of your glans after 1 week of restoring.

The key to grow skin is "mitosis", and this takes its time. You came to the right place. Here you'll find support and encouragement.

Can you give us more info? What CI-level are you at? Are you able to cover part of your glans by forcing your foreskin forward while erect? This can help us make an idea of your current status. Since you bought a TLC-X, I guess you are at a CI-2 or more.

    Regards.
From Madrid, Spain. Restoring with T-Tape, Manual, TLC & TLC-X since Jan 2014. Started as a CI-2, currently between CI-4 and CI-5 depending on the day.

Thanks for the advice! I believe I'm between a CI-2 and CI-3. When flaccid, I can easily force my foreskin over my glans, and while erect, I can force it over my coronal ridge, but not glans.

      Cheers!
