I was just wandering from some of you that have successfully completed restoration what positive and negative if any changes you have seen and this includes everything that come to mind? Thanks for any answers.

For me, amazingly better sexual feeling and function top the list. This includes whole body orgasms, which I had never had until restoring, great feelings at all stages of arousal, loving the slow build up and tarrying at the various stages. IN addition, it makes sex so much better for my wife that she commonly comments. Not just for intercourse, although that is the biggest positive. But also she finds it wonderful to slide the skin up and down, can do any number of fun things, whereas before she was lucky to get me to stay hard for any time.
The other big positive is mental. Improving the sexual feelings and fucntions, after they were taken away without your consent is huge.
And I have not finished....
I have not found any negatives, other than I had to do something to restore. Not a big deal, more like brushing my teeth. Well worth the time spent.

I'm not restored yet either, but I'm borderline CI-4 with probably about 130-140% FEC (I'm unfortunately big). Just last night, my abs had an absolute crazy workout from the full body orgasms. Near the end of the string before my grand finale, my abs started to ache from the muscle spasms.
The thing is, as I've been restoring these many months now and retaining 100% of the time when not restoring, it has become an absolute night and day experience. Actually, night and day is too kind. It is as if what I felt was earthly all this time, yet after restoring for many months now, it has rocketed me up into the stars beyond what I could ever have imagined an experience could be. No more am I feeling the need for friction to get off or the pure excitement in my youth which will wane as I get older leaving me with something dry and rough to rub until I finally finish. All those days are old and I cannot imagine a life going back to that feeling.
What I'm left with now is deep in my body and stretches all the way to my toes. I feel like a new person and both my partner and I feel an absolute connection on a totally different level again.
I hope in the future, in a year or so, I can be full covered in a sauna and blend in like the rest of the men. Yes, I am an expat living in Europe (from the USA) and the saunas are fully nude. With that said, I'm probably in the small percent of men that are cut. I maybe have seen just 1 or 2 cut men there. Hopefully someday I'll be hidden so no one can see what was taken from me and I'll feel 100% whole again to the level that is visually appealing to me.

After 11 years dedicated tugging, I guess I am restored. I say "guess" because most restored guys really have nothing or no one to compare with. I started late. I was in my high fifties before I discovered restoration and have just reached my 70th birthday. Sex for me has been an important part of a 48 year happy and loving marriage. I am positive that all sexual contact would have ceased by now had I not started down the restoration road – as it is, sexual intercourse is still a rewarding activity for both of us. Having a penis with plenty of slinky shaft skin and a soft dekeratinised, fully covered glans that moves in its own sleeve when I'm erect has been a revelation. We are told that what we restore is only a fraction of the functionality of an uncut penis. Again I have no comparison I can make with the sensations generated by an uncut penis and the feelings I "enjoyed" in my desensitized circumcised state. However, I can make the comparison before restoration and after restoration and believe me, it is chalk and cheese! A 70 year old male orgasm is not going to be as explosive and messy as a young man's ejaculation, but as I climax, my feelings are deep and warm and my body becomes highly sensitive. "One big erogenous zone according to my wife".
I enjoy the comfort of having my glans protected and not exposed and chafing in my underwear. We holiday in Europe where there are many nudist swimming beaches for people of all ages, not just the young and beautiful, and I enjoy my natural, un-butchered look. A special buzz happened recently when I needed to visit the hospital for a prostate check (fortunately all clear) and I completed my examination with a female doctor and a female radiologist and was accepted as intact. In fact on the few occasions I have had to strip for examinations I feel far less naked because I have my glans covered as it should be in the natural state. So it has been good for both my physical and mental health as I head into old age.
My only negative is that I did not find out about restoration when I was 20.Comment

A personal statement about the benefits of restoring
Men ask me if restoring is worthwhile. It’s a lot of work to expand your surviving skin, and there is no evidence that we can regenerate the lost specialized pleasure receptors known as Meisner’s Corpuscles. The specialized layer of shear muscle cells at the preputial sphincter also do not regenerate.
The restored skin may not be original equipment, but restoring is nonetheless very worthwhile. Restoring gives radically different sexual sensations. Among them:
– the shaft can now be frictionlessly kneaded and massaged by the slinking of the skin, to prod some sense sites deep within the shaft near the glans and elsewhere. I never knew this was possible before I restored. I suppose with enough lube I might have discovered the same sensation earlier before I had slack skin.
– the surviving mucosal skin just below the glans down to the scar (which originally faced inward before circumcision) now has a sort of ticklish “itch” that just sparkles during intercourse or oral stimulation. The area was dry and basically numb before.
– the corona and frenular area are just a lot more sensitive/ticklish now that they are covered and protected all the time. Some have said it’s due to “dekeratinization” (the sloughing off of accumulated keratin) and others have said there’s no such thing. All I know is I feel A LOT more now. It’s like the nerve endings are closer to the surface, and the surface is more supple and delicate so it tracks better with the fine detail of whatever it’s touching. It’s like going from wearing 3 layers of thick condoms to a wearing single ultra-shear one. Anybody can experience the same change by wearing an adhesive bandage continuously for several days on any part of their body. When you take it off, the part that had been covered is very sensitive and ticklish.
– the skin at the pucker of the prepuce (the roll-over point) is very ticklish to tongue flicking when it is bunched up. Since I didn’t have enough to bunch up before during arousal, I never felt this sensation.
– the inner-facing foreskin is delightfully aware of a tongue plunged in between the glans and foreskin and swirled around (with skin drawn forward over the glans). Since I didn’t have enough slack before for this to happen, I never felt this sensation until I had slack.
– the shaft skin that has spent its whole day puckered in front of the glans gives off a wild sensation upon the onset of an erection. It’s like the skin shimmers from inside as it is forced to stretch wide enough to clear the glans and retract past it, while it also has to overcome the grip of the tacky clinging adhesion to the glans. It’s like both glans and skin are kissing each other. This is brief and I really only notice it for the first couple minutes of an erotic encounter, but that’s OK. If it kept up I’d probably climax too fast. I imagine this might be akin to what it feels like to have a vagina stretched out. I can only guess about that of course.
– the shaft skin that rolls up and down the shaft gives off a new feeling as it rolls over on itself from inner to outer and back. Since I never had enough slack before to feel the skin tightly rolling like this during arousal I never felt this sensation before.
– with the slack skin sufficient to easily cover my glans during arousal, my wife can rub my glans through the skin before intercourse while I’m licking her, and there is ZERO risk of her rubbing me to the point of numbness, no matter how long we keep at that activity. Before, dry friction directly on my glans would really have a negative impact on the intercourse that followed.
– after my wife climaxes once during intercourse her vaginal chemistry seems to change such that there is suddenly more friction. Not a LOT more; just like the difference between lube that’s water-based and lube that’s oil-based. At that time, I often feel my penis move inside my sheath of skin only, with ZERO friction between me and her vaginal walls. She LOVES this, because she says at that moment she would be too sensitive for any friction. Because I never had slack before, she was never able to enjoy this plush filled-up frictionless massage feeling between orgasms before. Of course when we’re finally done, this same action causes her vagina to pull my skin so my glans is actually covered as I withdraw, which is a trip.
Sex wasn’t torture before. At age 38 my wife and I would make love for like 45 minutes or an hour. She would climax about 5 times and if I wanted to finish I needed to REALLY concentrate and she needed to break out the dirty talk and the stars needed to align. But she would be utterly rubbed raw and then she would want to take several days off from intimacy to recover.
She never did succeed in finishing me orally until after I restored.
Now whenever she’s had enough of intercourse I just let go and finish as she climaxes again with me. But the whole ride is so fulfilling, I’m in no rush to get to a big finish. We really connect, and have intercourse more often than ever.
Sex is very much better since restoration, for physical reasons. We’re both having the best sex of our lives after 19 years of marriage.

Yes, with a big caveat. If you can grow skin effectively enough to meet your goals for restoration in two years, then yes. But for the vast majority of men, brace yourself for more than two years.Originally posted by Nick2016 View Post

I believe I'm closing in on C4 - but even though I'm not close to being fully restored, I'm already experiencing positive changes in the right direction. These include a pinker and more sensitive glans/inner mucosa (even without full coverage); healthier looking skin; the ability to masturbate without lubrication (I can nearly cover my entire erection with shaft skin as I stroke, which feels amazing); fuller and deeper sensations as I close in on orgasm; and my girl telling me that I feel 'smoother' when inside her.
I have the end goal of 'fully restored' (whatever that will mean to me in the future) in the back of my mind, but in the meantime, I'm enjoying the journey. Many welcome changes along the way.Comment
